We strive to provide all of our patients with the gentle, personalized, comprehensive care they deserve. In our office, we are able to provide over 95% of your dental care whether you need a surgical implant, implant crown, root canal, treatment for gum disease or removal of impacted wisdom teeth and more! Please read our office policies as outlined below, to assist us in continuing to provide you with this quality comprehensive care. Should you have any questions regarding any of these policies, please do not hesitate to call and ask! We look forward to helping you "Smile with Confidence!"

Attendance Policy

Please remember that your appointment time is scheduled with your approval. If this time or day becomes no longer suitable, please notify our office at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to give this time to another patient awaiting treatment, and to offer the best appointment options to all our patients. Any appointment not kept, or canceled with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $38.00 charge to the patient's account. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do not hesitate to call our office. We will continue to do everything we can to accommodate your needs and, as always, provide the highest quality care to you and your family.
Please note that in the case of inclimate weather, our offices will operate along with James Madison University's Closing . If the university is opening late, our offices will open at the scheduled time. If the university is closed, our office will also be closed and you will be contacted to reschedule your appointment for the next available time.

Financial Policy and Dental Insurance

Over the years our goal has always been to provide you with the highest quality and most up-to-date dentistry possible. Understanding insurance coverage can be quite challenging. As a courtesy to our patients, we assist you in maximizing any insurance benefits you may have to help pay for your dental care.

We care for patients covered under many different insurance companies. Each employer pays an insurance premium for specific coverage that he chooses for his company’s budget. Each plan is slightly different in its covered services so we encourage you to become familiar with your specific policy’s exclusions, deductibles, and required co-payments.

Should you have any questions regarding our office policies, please do not hesitate to ask. Any questions pertaining to your specific insurance policy will need to be directed to your employer’s human resource department or insurance company. If you have specific questions regarding our financial options please call us at 540-432-9992.
